Next month’s activity list at the Pine Island Public Library has topics for all ages. The following programs are free to the public.

Download Drop-In

5 p.m., Wednesdays October 6 and 20

Receive personalized help downloading eBooks, movies, music, and more from Overdrive and Hoopla, two of the Lee County Library System‘s largest online content providers. Bring your fully charged digital device for this hands-on help session.

Create art with 3D pens

2 p.m., Friday October 8

Scribble in 3D and get your imagination off the page. Supplies are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.

Technical Thursday: individual help

3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday Oct. 14, 28

Need help with a laptop, tablet or e-reader? Are you looking to learn basic computer skills? We can help. Bring your fully charged device and passwords for a 15 minute one-on-one tech session. Registration is compulsory.

Halloween wreath crafts

9:30 a.m., Saturday 23 October

If you’re in the mood to make a ghoulish decorative statement for Halloween, join us and create a spellbinding wreath that all creatures will love. Registration is compulsory.

Children’s programs

Family story time

10:30 a.m., Tuesdays October 19 and 26

For children up to 5 years old and caregivers. Families with young children enjoy a variety of stories, songs, nursery rhymes and movements. Space is limited. First come, first served.

Teen programs

3D pens for teens

2 p.m., Saturday October 9

4 p.m., Wednesday, October 13
