Graduate School USA agrees to be acquired by American Public Education, Inc.

WASHINGTON, August 12, 2021 / PRNewswire / – High school United States (GSUSA) signed an acquisition agreement by American Public Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: APEI), a leading educational services provider that delivers respected, innovative and affordable educational programs and services through its wholly owned subsidiaries: American Public University System (APUS), which includes American Public University (APU) and the American Military University (AMU); and Hondros College nursing care (HCN).
Originally established in 1991 as AMU to meet the educational needs of a highly mobile army, APEI offers respected, innovative and affordable academic programs and services to students, universities and partner organizations through APUS and HCN. GSUSA’s extensive portfolio of contracts and government agency clients represents strong contiguity with APUS’s core military student and veteran populations and is closely aligned with APEI’s focus on “education. of those who serve ”.
