Bogotá DC, October 29, 2021 – The National Spectrum Agency ANE presents the public consultation on the use of the 900 MHz frequency band for the comments of citizens and interested parties.

The public consultation document presents the current state of national allocations and occupations for the frequency segment between 894 – 960 MHz, also known as the 900 MHz band, similarly a few international use cases of different administrations in the world and finally two possible allocation scenarios for this band are proposed.

The document seeks to know the position of the various agents for the proposed use scenarios, taking into account the services and any new developments or models of exploitation of these radio frequencies.

The public consultation will be open to anyone interested in participating from October 29 to November 12, 2021. Contributions and comments can be submitted through the following channels:
