American Public Education, Inc., one of America’s leading educators of pre-licensed nurses, commemorates nurses as part of National Nursing Week

“Nurses play a vital role in both our health care system and our community, especially over the past two and a half years, and we thank them for all of their hard work and sacrifice,” said President- Director General of APEI. Angela Selde. “We are honored to provide affordable, high-quality education both to create new nurses and to provide learning opportunities for the advancement of all nurses, ensuring that every student can achieve their goal. “
APEI-owned institutions have awarded nearly 15,000 pre-licensure nursing degrees since 2019. With a total enrollment of over 10,000 nursing students in its institutions, APEI is committed to helping alleviate the chronic shortage of nurses by training students with broad and strong nursing curricula at Rasmussen. Rasmussen students can attend the school at any of 23 campuses in 6 states, including Florida, Illinois and Minnesota and online; hondros students can choose one of the 7 campuses of Ohio and Indiana; APUS students complete their programs online, with the exception of in-person internships and shadowing.
